Technical Project Manager. Location-Mysore Full Time-Hybrid • Develop and manage the Project, Communication, Resource plans and processes • Facilitate meeting with project stakeholders • Define project goals and objectives • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery. • Generate regular reports to update stakeholders • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Establish and train teams on processes and strategies • Must have coding experience in at least one object-oriented programming language and know-how of RDBMS and No SQL • Must have working knowledge of Code/version management tool like GitHub/Bit Bucket • Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review • Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables • Experience leading, coaching and developing technical teams • Knowledge of new and established software systems and the ability to train others on them • Experience of working on Agile methodology (Scrum based teams), Should be able to articulate Agile terminologies clearly • Should have very good communication skills including the ability to drive conversations and resolve conflicts • Scrum Master/Agile certified candidates are preferred.
