Technical Manager Java & Big Data | Telecom Domain | Immediate Joiners Preferred Company: Subex Ltd. Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Work Model) Experience: 8 to 12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Telecom / Software Development Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Job Summary: Subex is looking for a Technical Manager (Java & Big Data) to join our dynamic R&D team in Bangalore. If you are an experienced Java professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for cutting-edge telecom solutions, this is your opportunity to lead impactful projects and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers working on Java-based telecom solutions. Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance systems using Java and Spring Boot. Manage end-to-end Big Data integration projects involving tools like Kafka, Spark, Hive, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, DevOps, and frontend engineers. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Helm, ArgoCD. Ensure timely project delivery, efficient resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Promote Agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated on the latest cloud and big data trends to ensure technology alignment. Required Skills: Core Technologies: Java, Spring Boot Big Data Ecosystem: Kafka, Hive, Apache Spark (or NiFi preferred) Database: PostgreSQL Frontend: Angular (basic exposure acceptable) CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Helm, ArgoCD Cloud Platforms: Azure or GCP Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and hands-on experience Domain Expertise: Telecom domain experience is a strong plus Leadership: Minimum 3 years in a people management role with excellent team leadership and communication skills Candidate Profile: Total experience of 8+ years in software development. Proven 3+ years in leading technical teams or managing engineering resources. Passion for solving complex problems and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
