Job Description

L2/L3 Support: Triage and resolve L2 tickets; escalate complex issues to L3. Troubleshoot Snowflake (warehouses, tasks, streams), ADF pipelines, Key Vault, CI/CD. Follow ITIL for incident/problem management. Operate via ServiceNow/Jira with SLA compliance. Minor Enhancements: Build new ADF integrations with Snowflake V2 connector; implement Snowflake Streams/Tasks, Dynamic Tables, dbt projects; set up Data Quality checks using DMFs with alerts. Platform Ops & Observability: Monitor ADF via Azure Monitor/Log Analytics; configure telemetry, alerts, dashboards; optimize Snowflake ingestion and CDC reliability. Security & Compliance: Manage Snowflake Tri-Secret Secure, RBAC, least-privilege principles. Documentation: Maintain runbooks, SOPs, KB articles per ITIL. Collaboration: Work with Data Engineering on dbt pipelines; partner with Security for audits; support on-call rotations.
