"Perform comprehensive ETL operations using ADF to extract, transform, and load data from various data sources, including SaaS applications through APIs, with a focus on multi-region setups and cross-region API calls. Architect and manage linked services to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable multi-region data replication and transformation workflows within ADF. Optimize ADF pipeline performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing data quality checks, and using best practices for efficiency and reliability. Design database solutions with a focus on security, scalability, and maintainability, ensuring data protection and compliance with organizational standards. Implement robust data quality checks and validation processes within ADF to maintain high data integrity. Deploy CI/CD pipelines for ADF using Azure DevOps, facilitating efficient delivery, version control, and continuous improvement of data solutions."
**Key Responsibilities:* - Lead the design and implementation of various technical solutions leveraging ADFS and Azure services. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Assess and analyze technical risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Azure and ADFS, and provide recommendations for adoption. - Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training for team members to enhance their skills in relevant technologies. **Required Set of Skills:* - Strong expertise in Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Microsoft Azure. - Proven experience in architecting and deploying solutions on Azure platforms. - In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services. - Proficiency in security protocols and best practices related to identity and access management. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Experience Requirements:* - Minimum of 8 years and maximum of 11 years of relevant work experience in a technical leadership role. - Experience in leading teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. **Preferred Qualifications:* - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant Microsoft certifications related to Azure and ADFS will be a plus. **Why Join Us* At Happiest Minds, we offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment where you can grow your career while making a meaningful impact.
