Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Technical Manager, based in Bengaluru with flexibility for remote work. The Java Technical Manager will lead and oversee projects, provide technical support, and ensure the successful development and delivery of Java-based applications. Responsibilities include managing technical teams, driving research and development initiatives, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Team Management, Project Management, and leadership capabilities
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and providing Technical Support
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with modern software development practices
• Ability to manage hybrid remote and on-site team environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in PaaS or cloud-based technologies is a plus
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
