Java Technical Manager

As a technical/engineering manager at RxLogix Corporation, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-8 engineers to deliver high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment. You will work on designing and developing enterprise-class software applications based on Microservices architecture using technologies such as Java, Spring, Spring-Boot, Angular, Hibernate, Grails, Groovy, Kafka, R, Redis, Hazelcast, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Additionally, you will leverage development tools like AWS, GIT, Nginx, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of tasks assigned to your team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand product requirements and collaborate with product owners - Design application modules for high performance, scalability, security, and availability - Plan and monitor tasks for upcoming sprints and product releases - Provide design review, code review, troubleshooting, and technical guidance to team members - Ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks assigned to the team - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver product features using agile methodologies - Define and follow best practices related to design, code review, unit testing, and documentation - Conduct annual appraisals and provide feedback to team members - Lead hiring, grooming, and growing team members in terms of technology and career path - Proactively identify and discuss improvement areas related to people, processes, technology, quality, and delivery with higher management **Qualifications Required:** - BE/B.Tech/MCA from a recognized institute with a good academic score - Minimum 6+ years of full-stack programming experience in Java technologies and frameworks - Strong experience with Spring framework & Hibernate for web applications development - Experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and available enterprise-class web applications - Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting - Working exposure to relational databases like MySQL and Oracle - Self-driven leader with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment As an integral part of the RxLogix Corporation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering software solutions that ensure patient safety globally.,
