Tech Lead DevOps

You should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in AWS environments to qualify for the position of Tech Lead DevOps at Rxlogix. As a Tech Lead DevOps, your primary responsibilities will include designing, provisioning, and maintaining AWS Infrastructure while adhering to compliance and security standards. You will need to demonstrate exceptional expertise in AWS and be able to prepare, review, approve, and maintain Architecture documents for various customers. In this role, you will also be required to interact with Customer Technical teams to gather information and provision infrastructure as the Infra Lead. Providing design analysis, cost estimation to support sales efforts, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert in addressing and resolving AWS and IT infrastructure issues are crucial aspects of the job. Your extensive knowledge of Automation on Cloud, support for compliance and customer Audits, and ability to make cost-effective design changes to reduce cloud spending will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for training team members on AWS cloud best practices and microservice best practices, among others. Improving delivery capabilities by validating and implementing frameworks using the latest DevOps tools and technologies, providing strategic and tactical solutions for technical issues, and actively participating in executing AWS cloud-related projects from initiation to completion are also part of the role. Your technical skills should include excellent hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, Cloud Formation, S3, RDS, EC2, Load Balancers, Route53, etc. Preferably, you should be an AWS Architect Professional with profound knowledge of AWS Security and Network Administration. Experience in establishing new DevOps practices in cloud environments and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Ansible, Salt, Git, Jenkins is required. Knowledge of Monitoring/SIEM tools in AWS environments is also essential. Soft skills such as good analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, team leadership experience, and the ability to work effectively with customers are highly valued in this role. A B.Tech./BE degree from a reputed institute and experience in a Product/Pharma Company will be preferred qualifications for the position.,
