Role Overview: As a Tech Lead DevOps with 7-10 years of experience in AWS environments, your primary responsibility will be to design, provision, and maintain AWS Infrastructure in compliance with the security standards of Rxlogix. You will also be required to interact with Customer Technical teams, provide design analysis and cost estimation, act as a Subject Matter Expert in addressing AWS and IT infrastructure issues, and improve delivery capabilities by implementing frameworks using DevOps tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, provision, and maintain AWS Infrastructure in compliance with security standards - Prepare, review, approve, and maintain Architecture documents for various customers - Interact with Customer Technical teams to gather information and provision infrastructure - Provide design analysis and cost estimation to support sales efforts - Act as Subject Matter Expert in addressing and resolving AWS and IT infrastructure issues - Train team members on AWS cloud best practices and microservice best practices - Improve delivery capabilities by implementing frameworks using DevOps tools and technologies - Provide strategic and tactical solutions for technical issues - Actively participate in executing AWS cloud-related projects from initiation to completion Qualifications Required: - Excellent hands-on skills in AWS services such as Lambda, CloudFormation, SSM, KMS, S3, RDS, EC2, Load Balancers, Route53, etc. - Preferably AWS Architect Professional certified - Strong knowledge of AWS Security tools like Security Hub, Guard duty, Inspector, SGs, NACLs, etc - Experience in Network Administration including VPC, SG, NACLs, Subnets, VPN, Gateways, Open VPN, IPSec/Site to Site VPN, etc. - Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Ansible, Salt, Git, Jenkins, etc. - Familiarity with Monitoring/SIEM tools in AWS environments Additional Details: Rxlogix is a company that values team leadership experience, good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with customers. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech./BE degree from a reputed institute and may have previous experience in a Product/Pharma Company.
