As a Junior HR Business Partner at our fast-growing software development company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of work in the tech industry. You will be embedded within our engineering and product teams, acting as a strategic partner and employee advocate. Your focus will be on supporting talent initiatives, driving engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture to attract and retain top tech talent. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Team Partnering:** - Collaborate with managers to align HR strategies with business goals. - Provide guidance on team dynamics, performance, and growth. - **Talent Development:** - Support career pathing and upskilling initiatives. - Collaborate with L&D to deliver tech-focused training programs. - **Performance & Feedback:** - Facilitate regular check-ins, feedback loops, and performance reviews. - Coach managers on effective goal setting and recognition practices. - **Employee Experience:** - Design programs that enhance engagement, well-being, and retention. - **HR Operations & Compliance:** - Ensure consistent application of HR policies. - Support resolution of grievances, and disciplinary actions in coordination with senior HRBPs. - Maintain accurate HRIS data and support audits. - **Data & Insights:** - Use data to drive decisions on turnover, engagement, and workforce planning. - Present actionable insights to leadership to inform people strategy. **Qualification and Skills:** - Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field. - Knowledge of employment law and compliance. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with HRIS systems and data reporting.
