Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for business units.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.

  • Work with account managers, recruiters, and delivery teams to manage workforce requirements.

  • Handle day-to-day interactions with clients to address HR-related needs.

  • Manage onboarding, induction, deployment, and exit formalities for contract resources.

  • Maintain accurate employee records.

  • Must and should have experience in staffing industry.
