Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 7 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in Japanese cuisine, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and preparing high-quality dishes.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, and tempura.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Ensure all ingredients are properly stored and handled.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
