Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition

    :
  • Identify, source, and recruit top IT talent for niche skills across various roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and project-based staffing.
  1. Head-Hunting

    :
  • Actively approach passive candidates through head-hunting techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
  1. Job Portals and Social Media

    :
  • Utilize job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc., to source candidates.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment campaigns and talent mapping.
  1. AI Tools & Advanced Sourcing

    :
  • Use AI-driven recruitment tools (e.g., HireEZ, SeekOut, ChatGPT) to enhance sourcing and screening efficiency.
  • Implement innovative recruitment practices to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  1. Collaboration & Coordination

    :
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and create tailored hiring strategies.
  • Work closely with the business development team to align recruitment efforts with project needs.
  1. Contract Staffing Expertise

    :
  • Manage and recruit for contract staffing roles with a focus on quick turnarounds.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards for contract-based hiring.
  1. Data Management & Reporting

    :
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate details.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to stakeholders.


Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience in

    recruiting for niche technical skills

    (e.g., AI/ML, Big Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of

    head-hunting techniques

    and

    talent mapping

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    contract staffing

    and an understanding of related compliance.
  • Proficiency in using

    job portals

    (Naukri, Monster, etc.),

    social media platforms

    (LinkedIn, Twitter), and

    AI tools

    for recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong candidate and client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT recruitment for global clients (USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia).
  • Knowledge of emerging hiring trends and AI-driven recruitment strategies.
