Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technical Recruiter located in Chennai. The IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various roles within the company. Daily tasks include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Additionally, the recruiter will be expected to stay current on IT industry trends and develop strong relationships with prospective candidates.
