About Position:

Managing the full recruitment life cycle for IT sales positions for Europe region like Account managers, client partners, business leaders , from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Key responsibilities are to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and stay updated on market trends.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for Procurement of IT related material which majorly includes Hardware, Software & Services

• Strategy and collaboration:

  Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, and work with hiring managers to define specific role requirements and understand staffing needs.

• Sourcing:

  Proactively source candidates through various channels, including networking events, professional networks, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.

• Screening and evaluation:

  Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.

• Interview coordination:

  Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and technical panels, and ensure a smooth process for both candidates and the hiring team.

• Offer and onboarding:

  Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and work with new hires through onboarding to ensure a successful start.

• Relationship management:

  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals for future opportunities and act as the primary point of contact for candidates.

• Market expertise:

  Stay current on industry trends, market compensation, and best practices to provide strategic guidance to leadership.

• Metrics and reporting:

  Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and inform future strategies.

• Must have proven experience in Sales & lkeadership hiring in the Europe Market.
