What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring an IT Sales Head to lead new business development across all our divisions. This is a field-heavy, target-driven role—ideal for someone who knows how to close enterprise deals, understands technical requirements, and is obsessed with sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new sales for IT infrastructure solutions.
• Identify, pitch, and close business opportunities with new clients.
• Build and manage a strong B2B relationship through direct outreach and networking.
• Translate client needs into tailored solutions with support from technical teams.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Represent GIBS at industry meets and client presentations.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years in IT sales with proven results in field selling and client acquisition.
• Good understanding of networking, surveillance, AV, access control like ERP, CRM, websites, etc.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about solving business problems with tech.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
