Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and result-driven sales leader to spearhead our IT sales head strategy and lead a passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to target key markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new business acquisition and account retention.
  • Craft a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize opportunities.
  • Create sales and distribution policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the Sales team in crafting proposals that ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to maintain client relationships.
  • Establish guidelines for personal data protection in line with relevant legislation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze factors affecting sales performance and suggest improvements.
  • Utilize innovations to boost revenue from traditional and digital products.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and leverage them for business opportunities.
  • Define objectives in key areas such as sales volume, market share, and profit margins.
  • Participate in industry forums to stay updated on new practices and changes.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with major clients to understand their needs.
  • Advise on the preparation of bid documents and proposals for key accounts.
  • Provide input on sales incentive structures and key performance indicators.
  • Offer feedback to the Content Development team based on customer and industry insights.
  • Recommend adjustments to pricing structures for products and product lines.
  • Review and analyze sales performance reports to identify actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales head, with a strong background in computers or IT.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High self-confidence and excellent networking skills to build relationships and close deals.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance reports and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 11/10/2025
