IT Sales Head

As an experienced and result-driven sales leader, you will be spearheading the IT sales head strategy and leading a passionate team. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, your key responsibilities will include targeting key markets, developing strategies for new business acquisition and account retention, and crafting a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize opportunities. You will also be responsible for creating sales and distribution policies aligned with organizational goals, leading the Sales team in crafting proposals for client satisfaction and revenue growth, and managing CRM systems to maintain client relationships. Additionally, you will establish guidelines for personal data protection, build relationships with new partners, and analyze factors affecting sales performance to suggest improvements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales head, with a strong background in computers or IT. - Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. - High self-confidence and excellent networking skills to build relationships and close deals. - Proven ability to influence decision-makers within client organizations. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to interpret performance reports and derive actionable insights. - Experience in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
