IT Sales Head

LBM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT company providing innovative software solutions and digital services. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive revenue, and expand our global market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying ahead of competitors.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration/Marketing/IT or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and global IT trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹576,166.22 - ₹1,353,124.35 per year
