We are seeking an experienced and result-driven IT Sales Head to lead and grow our domestic sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, proven leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the Indian market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and hit sales targets in the domestic market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, partnerships, and channel strategies. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals; manage performance and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align sales strategies. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales reports for senior management. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the domestic IT market. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of enterprise IT solutions, software services, and B2B sales. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotational shift Work Location: In person
