Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field . Minimum 8–12 years of sales experience in IT services, software, or technology solutions, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role . Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets . Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation solutions . Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills . Ability to build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
