Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales department, develop growth strategies, and drive revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
  • Set sales goals, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business objectives.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and close major deals.
  • Ensure the team follows sales best practices, CRM usage, and reporting standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
