Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, product development, and innovation initiatives. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology direction, managing engineering teams, and ensuring that technology investments align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Vision
• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Drive innovation to support product development and scalability.

Leadership & Management

• Lead and mentor engineering, development, and IT teams.
• Build and manage a strong technical culture that emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of the technical staff.

Product Development & Delivery

• Oversee architecture, design, and development of scalable software and systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and features.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and security.

Business & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align technology initiatives with company growth plans.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate technical strategies to stakeholders, investors, and partners.

Operational Excellence

• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Oversee budget planning for technology resources.
• Establish KPIs to measure and improve engineering productivity and product performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology leadership role.
• Strong background in software development, system architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in scaling technology platforms for fast-growing companies/startups.
• Solid understanding of AI, data analytics, DevOps, and modern tech stacks (depending on company domain).
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
