Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and target corporate clients for leased line, bandwidth, and internet services. Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and propose suitable turnkey IT connectivity solutions aligning with their IT and connectivity goals. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, set at 8 times your monthly salary. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organizations. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adapt strategies accordingly. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively. Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution post-sales. Reporting: Maintain updated records of leads, pipeline, and closures using CRM tools and provide regular reports to the Sales Head. Tech-savvy with good presentation and proposal-making skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing processes and ensuring timely collections from customers. Responsibilities: 1. Billing Management: - Generate accurate bills for customers based on their service plans and usage. - Monitor billing cycles to ensure timely invoicing. - Address any billing discrepancies or issues promptly. 2. Collections: - Implement effective strategies for collecting outstanding payments from customers. - Contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans when necessary. - Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to follow up on unpaid invoices. 3. Account Reconciliation: - Reconcile payments received with outstanding invoices. - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between payments and invoices. 4. Customer Service: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 5.
