Billing and Collection Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Billing & Collections Executive to join our ISP (Internet Service Provider) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing processes and ensuring timely collections from customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Billing Management:
- Generate accurate bills for customers based on their service plans and usage.- Monitor billing cycles to ensure timely invoicing.- Address any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.

2. Collections:
- Implement effective strategies for collecting outstanding payments from customers.- Contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans when necessary.- Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to follow up on unpaid invoices.

3. Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile payments received with outstanding invoices.- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between payments and invoices.

4. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

5. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on billing and collection activities, including aging reports and collection metrics.- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in billing and collections, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.- Strong understanding of billing systems and software.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
