Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Pune Role Summary: At Aerloop, we are not just another internet service provider. We position ourselves as IT connectivity consultants to our clients, offering end-to-end, turnkey solutions tailored for modern enterprises. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing key corporate accounts, driving high-value leased line and bandwidth sales, and acting as a trusted advisor for clients' IT connectivity needs. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and target corporate clients for leased line, bandwidth, and internet services. Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and propose suitable turnkey IT connectivity solutions aligning with their IT and connectivity goals. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, set at 8 times your monthly salary. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organizations. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adapt strategies accordingly. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively. Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution post-sales. Reporting: Maintain updated records of leads, pipeline, and closures using CRM tools and provide regular reports to the Sales Head. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 2–5 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience in telecom/internet service providers preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of leased lines, bandwidth solutions, and enterprise internet products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with good presentation and proposal-making skills.
