Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Officer (ESO) at our company, your role will involve supporting the enterprise sales function by identifying new business opportunities, assisting senior sales members, and helping achieve revenue targets. You will need to understand our company's products and services to effectively pitch to potential clients, identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities, and support Key Account Managers in connecting with prospective enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will also include participating in client meetings and presentations under the guidance of senior sales team members, assisting in sales planning and execution, building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and staying updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the company's products and services to effectively pitch to potential clients. - Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities to expand the customer base. - Support Key Account Managers in connecting with prospective enterprise clients. - Participate in client meetings and presentations under the guidance of senior sales team members. - Assist in sales planning and execution to meet revenue goals and targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. - Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to fulfill client needs. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum 2 years of sales experience (field or inside sales). - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language. - Preference will be given to candidates from the Telecom, ISP, or Enterprise business background. - Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
