Job Description - Sales Co-ordinator

Location – Andheri East

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (Male) to assist in handling customer communication, coordinating with service engineers, and providing basic administrative and sales support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to and from customers within the local area.
Communicate with customers and service engineers to address complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate between sales and service teams to maintain smooth operations.
Maintain basic records of customer calls, complaints, and follow-ups using computer tools (Excel, email, CRM, etc.).
Occasionally assist engineers in the field when additional support is required.
Provide general support to the sales department for daily operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,777.99 - ₹22,000.00 per month
