Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, EdTech, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage schedules, track sales leads, and provide customer service to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate sales efforts with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers via email, phone, or online platforms.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
Assist in organizing and scheduling client meetings, product demos, and webinars.
Track and manage sales metrics, including targets, performance, and customer engagement, and prepare reports on sales performance for senior management.
Ensure accurate maintenance of all sales records in the CRM.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the sales team, coordinating travel arrangements, conferences, and event participation.
Handle documentation and filing related to sales transactions and contracts, working closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns and assist in content creation for newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Gather market intelligence and feedback from the sales team for marketing strategy improvement and identify inefficiencies in the sales process, proposing improvements.
Support the implementation of new sales tools and technology within the team.

Job Requirements

Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills are essential.
A Master's degree/Bachelor's degree is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation/speaking skills and small group facilitation, are necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computing skills, including self-teaching to gain mastery of systems and training others, are expected.
Experience in a university environment and/or working in a development/management organization is preferred.
