Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We’re a growing company with live projects in collaboration with multiple government departments. Our work focuses on developing scalable, AI-powered platforms and automation systems that improve efficiency, transparency, and citizen engagement.

We’re now looking for a visionary CTO / Project Manager who can lead our tech strategy, manage a team of 15–20 developers (including young freshers), and drive full-cycle software delivery — from concept to deployment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software architecture, planning, and execution.
• Mentor and guide a team of 15–20 developers, fostering growth and innovation.
• Design and implement AI/ML-driven systems using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or related frameworks.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and government compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape product and technology strategy.
• Oversee deployment, hosting, and DevOps infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance in all deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software architecture and project leadership.
• Strong skills in Python, AI/ML, and modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with web hosting, server management, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior engineers or freshers.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills.
• Prior exposure to government or large-scale institutional projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with data security and compliance protocols in government systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,097.85 - ₹94,265.60 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
