Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at our company, your role will involve monitoring IT project progress, budgets, and reporting. You will be responsible for coordinating with other departments to align IT services with our business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals - Identifying and implementing new technologies that yield a competitive advantage in the business - Facilitating various functions and departments to use technology and automation profitably - Ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the system infrastructure - Playing an instrumental role in building quality assurance and data protection processes - Completing QA processes within 72 hours of development completion, or in parallel for urgent releases - Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance - Authorizing changes in IT infrastructures, applications, policies, and procedures - Managing IT assets and protecting assets - Overseeing incident management, change management, configuration management, service management, etc. - Conducting information security risk assessment and implementing mitigation controls - Managing firewalls, IDS/IPS infrastructure, etc. - Using stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology Additionally, you will work full-time at our in-person work location and will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
