Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

You will be responsible for shaping the technology strategy and vision of the company by defining and executing the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals. Your role will involve identifying and adopting emerging technologies to gain a competitive advantage while ensuring scalability, innovation, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the design, development, and delivery of technology products and platforms. - Ensure timely release cycles with a focus on high quality and performance. - Drive user-focused product innovation and continuous improvements. As a leader, you will build and lead high-performing engineering and IT teams. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, coaching, and retaining top technical talent, as well as fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the teams. Additionally, you will be accountable for managing technology operations and infrastructure. This involves ensuring that IT systems, networks, and platforms are secure, reliable, and scalable. You will oversee areas such as cloud services, DevOps, data management, and infrastructure optimization, as well as implementing disaster recovery and business continuity planning. In terms of cybersecurity and compliance, you will establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and practices to safeguard the company's data and systems. It will be crucial to ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, ISO, SOC, and proactively address any risks and vulnerabilities.
