Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As a Chief Technology Officer at Innofied Solutions for AllRide Apps, a SaaS-based software with smart technologies and AI capabilities for the Transport and Delivery businesses, your role is crucial in leading the Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure product vision and technical implementation. You will work in close collaboration with the CEO and the executive team to drive organizational alignment and empower cross-functional teams to enhance the ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the present development team comprising project manager, product analyst, team leads, designers, front-end and back-end developers, and quality analysts. - Provide expert strategy for the advancement of AllRide's technology products. - Develop new features and outputs for the AllRide Platform. - Enhance and customize existing outputs to maximize client value. - Oversee API data integrations with partner tools. - Contribute to mobile app conceptualization, design, and execution. - Collaborate with customers, including SMEs and Enterprises, to devise efficient solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, with a track record of building and leading strong engineering teams. - Strong background in software engineering, preferably with specific SaaS experience. - Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities. - Familiarity with tech stack such as PHP, Laravel, AWS, SQL, Flutter, Angular, CI/CD, Map technologies, IoT/AI. - Experience in hiring and launching high-quality products. - Proficiency in API compatibilities and real-time data integration. - Sound understanding of UX/UI development and backend development. - Proficiency in mobile app development and integration with the Platform.
