Innofied Solutions is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to become a part of their expanding team. This role pertains to their product, AllRide Apps, a SaaS-based software incorporating smart technologies and AI capabilities tailored for the Transport and Delivery sectors. AllRide Apps employs Smart Connected AI technology to offer intelligent fleet and delivery management solutions. You have the opportunity to lead the SaaS revolution, collaborate with cutting-edge technologies like AI, IoT, and Automation, and share in our triumph. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will oversee the Engineering, Product, and Design teams, ensuring alignment with our product vision, and overseeing technical implementation. Working on this product suite for over a year has resulted in multiple customers for the product. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and the executive team to drive organizational alignment, empowering cross-functional teams to sustain the ecosystem's growth. In this role, you will lead the current development team encompassing project managers, product analysts, team leads, designers, front end and back end developers, and quality analysts. Your responsibilities will include formulating expert strategies for AllRide's technology products, developing new features and enhancements for the AllRide Platform, and expanding existing features for optimal client value. Additionally, you will spearhead API data integrations with partner tools, contribute to mobile app conceptualization, design, and execution, and engage with customers - SMEs and Enterprises to devise efficient solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a profound background in computer science and software engineering. You have a track record of building and scaling software at tech-focused companies, being regarded as the go-to technical leader by your peers. You thrive in developing and delivering best-in-class software that addresses crucial customer needs. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering leadership position, with a strong software-oriented background, preferably in SaaS. Demonstrated technical leadership experience is essential, along with familiarity with a tech stack including PHP, Laravel, AWS, SQL, Flutter, Angular, CI/CD, Map technologies, and IoT/AI.
