Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer , primarily strong in backend development , with hands-on experience in frontend and mobile app development . Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or CTO-level role , overseeing technology strategy, architecture, and execution. Strong AI/ML background combined with product management experience will be preferred. Strong command and hands-on experience over J ava, React, TypeScript, and MySQL-based architectures . Strong track record of building, scaling and deployment of SaaS product from scratch from 0-1. Proven experience with AWS infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and application monitoring tools . Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS platforms or Quick Commerce / E-commerce systems . Deep understanding of quick commerce, food tech or e-commerce industries (preferred). Excellent communication, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.
