Analyze campaign metrics like open rates, response rates, and conversion rates to iterate and improve. Identify the most effective channels and refine strategies to scale outbound success. 5. Collaboration & Feedback Loops Work closely with Founders to align on messaging, buyer personas, and campaign goals. Provide market feedback on prospect pain points, objections, and buyer trends. Collaborate with the product or growth team to refine value propositions based on prospect conversations. 6. CRM & Reporting Maintain up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Report weekly on KPIs such as number of outreach activities, meetings booked, and conversion rates. Track activities and results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS/Tech startup sales development & outbound sales leadership, ideally with exposure to Restaurants, Quick-commerce, or E-commerce industries. Strong track record of building and scaling outbound sales functions from scratch, including designing and executing sales playbooks. Hands-on expertise in cold outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Calls), pipeline generation, and lead qualification. Deep understanding of quick commerce, food tech, grocery, or e-commerce industries (preferred). Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hustle-first, excuses-never” approach – thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments. Strong ability to craft outbound strategies, optimize cadences, and coach SDRs/BDRs for performance. Demonstrated ability to hit aggressive pipeline & revenue targets while experimenting and iterating fast.
