We are looking for a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology function of Healtour, a fast-growing global medical tourism and healthtech company. The CTO will oversee product engineering, platform development, data security, and technical team leadership.

• Lead end-to-end technology development across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Architect secure, reliable, scalable platforms for global patient operations.
• Oversee engineering teams, development cycles, QA, and technology delivery.
• Ensure strong data privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, and uptime discipline.
• Manage API integrations, cloud infrastructure, and technical vendors.
• Work closely with leadership, operations, and business teams to align tech with organizational goals.
• Drive adoption of modern technologies, automation, and best engineering practices.

• 12–18 years of experience in software engineering or product development.
• 5+ years in a senior tech leadership / CTO / Head of Engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of backend, frontend, cloud platforms, mobile frameworks, and microservices.
• Experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to healthtech, digital platforms, or data-sensitive industries is a plus.

• Excellent architectural design and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to hire, mentor, and scale technical teams.
• High ownership, integrity, and execution discipline.
