About the Role Healtour Solutions is looking for an experienced Global Patient Acquisition Lead to drive international patient inflow from priority regions such as South Asia, Africa, GCC, and Southeast Asia. This role will build and manage country partnerships, referral networks, and global engagement programs to increase patient volumes for Healtour’s hospital partners. This position is based in Hyderabad but requires periodic travel to international markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute patient acquisition plans across multiple countries. Build and manage partnerships with medical facilitators, agents, clinics, NGOs, and community groups. Identify new markets, patient segments, and referral opportunities. Conduct international visits for partner onboarding, relationship management, seminars, and medical camps. Coordinate with internal teams (hospital partnerships, patient experience, marketing). Track region-wise performance, lead flow, conversion trends, and growth metrics. Represent the company in global conferences, health expos, embassy outreach, and hospital delegations. Ensure ethical patient acquisition practices in line with Healtour’s standards and global regulations. Required Qualifications 5–12 years of experience in international business development, healthcare sales, or medical tourism. Strong network in countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya, Iraq, Oman, Maldives, etc. (preferred). Experience travelling internationally for business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multi-country partners and high-volume patient pipelines. Preferred Skills Understanding of hospital departments, specialties, and treatment categories. Familiarity with patient acquisition funnels and CRM workflows. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work across diverse international markets. High energy, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel.
