Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the technology strategy and development at Inext Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a member of the executive team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital innovation, overseeing product development, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the company's technological vision and strategy. - Collaborate with the executive team to align technology goals with business objectives. - Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure. - Lead digital transformation and innovation efforts. - Oversee architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software products. - Ensure scalable, secure, high-performance software solutions. - Establish best practices for coding, development, and deployment. - Prioritize product development and effectively manage the product lifecycle. - Build, mentor, and lead the technical team, including developers, testers, and DevOps professionals. - Establish a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Provide technical direction and support to team members. - Manage IT operations, systems architecture, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity. - Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of all technology platforms and services. - Implement robust data privacy and protection practices. - Communicate technical strategies and performance to stakeholders, clients, and non-technical teams. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and operations teams for integrated service delivery. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. - 5-10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in software services companies. - Strong knowledge of software development frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), APIs, DevOps, and cybersecurity. - Experience in product innovation, project management, and agile methodologies. - Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
