We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Tech Lead with strong backend and AI/ML experience to lead a compact team of interns and junior engineers.
You’ll design system architecture, guide technical decisions, and ensure fast delivery of MVPs across multiple AI automation projects.

This is a great role for a builder-type leader who enjoys working with fresh talent, mentoring, and turning ideas into working products quickly.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–7 years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Solid grounding in AI/ML concepts — must understand integration of models (e.g., face recognition, OCR, NLP).
Working knowledge of computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Experience leading small engineering teams or mentoring junior developers.
Familiar with Docker, Git, and deploying on Linux servers / cloud platforms.
Ability to translate business goals into technical deliverables and sprints.
Comfortable building quick MVPs and iterating based on feedback.
Experience with FRS / surveillance analytics, OCR (Tesseract, EasyOCR), or inventory tracking systems.
Exposure to front-end frameworks (React/Vue) and REST API integration.
Knowledge of Edge AI / Jetson / ONNX / TensorRT is a plus.
Experience recruiting or managing interns.
Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance.

Pay: ₹13,410.16 - ₹54,356.46 per month
