Position: Full Stack Developer Location: Remote/On-site Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React Native for mobile applications, Node.js for backend services, MongoDB as a primary database, Qdrant (Vector DB) for AI/ML-driven use cases, and AWS for cloud infrastructure management . You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Build and optimize backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js. Implement and manage databases (MongoDB, Qdrant) ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.). Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and AI/ML-driven services with a focus on vector search and recommendation systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Ensure best practices in security, CI/CD, and application performance optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–6 years of proven full-stack development experience. Strong proficiency in React Native (iOS & Android app development). Hands-on expertise with Node.js, Express.js for backend development. Deep knowledge of MongoDB including schema design, aggregation, and performance tuning. Experience working with Vector Databases (preferably Qdrant) for AI-driven applications (search, recommendations, personalization). Proficiency in AWS services for hosting, scaling, and monitoring applications. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL (nice-to-have) , and microservices architecture. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub/GitLab workflows . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScript for both frontend and backend. Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and vector search integration. Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB). Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration.
