About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React Native for mobile applications, Node.js for backend services, MongoDB as a primary database, Qdrant (Vector DB) for AI/ML-driven use cases, and AWS for cloud infrastructure management. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build and optimize backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement and manage databases (MongoDB, Qdrant) ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
• Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and AI/ML-driven services with a focus on vector search and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Ensure best practices in security, CI/CD, and application performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of proven full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React Native (iOS & Android app development).
• Hands-on expertise with Node.js, Express.js for backend development.
• Deep knowledge of MongoDB including schema design, aggregation, and performance tuning.
• Experience working with Vector Databases (preferably Qdrant) for AI-driven applications (search, recommendations, personalization).
• Proficiency in AWS services for hosting, scaling, and monitoring applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL (nice-to-have), and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub/GitLab workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript for both frontend and backend.
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and vector search integration.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB).
• Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹418,057.20 - ₹1,716,467.21 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
