Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on Backend Development to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our applications. While your focus will be on the backend, you will also have the opportunity to work across the entire stack, contributing to a seamless and robust user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Primary Focus - 70%):

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications and APIs.
• Build and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data storage solutions.
• Implement backend services and microservices using [List your primary backend language, e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET].
• Integrate with third-party services, APIs, and data sources.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.

Full Stack Contribution (30%):

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Develop and maintain front-end components as needed using [List your primary frontend framework, e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js].
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
• Bridge the gap between frontend design and technical implementation.

Collaboration & Process:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend technologies.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
• Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Proven experience in designing and building RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, .NET Core).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks for both backend and frontend.
