IT Sales Executive

As a member of the team at Mobicloud Technologies, you will be responsible for engaging with clients through various channels such as phone calls, video calls, and face-to-face meetings. Your primary objective will be to understand the requirements of clients and recommend suitable IT solutions that align with their needs. To build a robust sales pipeline, you will engage in cold-calling and lead generation activities. In this role, you will also be expected to prepare and deliver product presentations as well as software demos to potential clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating proposals, responding to tenders, and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met. It will be essential to maintain accurate records using CRM tools to track client interactions effectively. Meeting individual and team sales targets will be a key performance indicator in this role. You will have the opportunity to attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends in the IT industry. Collaboration with technical teams will be necessary to deliver customized solutions to clients. Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to clients as required will be part of your responsibilities.
