You will have the opportunity to attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends in the IT industry. Collaboration with technical teams will be necessary to deliver customized solutions to clients. Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to clients as required will be part of your responsibilities.
