Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department to achieve its objectives through research, administrative tasks, and customer outreach efforts. This internship opportunity aims to provide you exposure to different stages of the sales process, ranging from prospecting to closing deals, thereby equipping you with essential skills for a successful career in sales. Your responsibilities will include assisting in market research to identify potential clients, analyzing industry trends, and monitoring competitor activities. Additionally, you will contribute to lead generation by engaging in cold calling, emailing, or leveraging social media platforms. Supporting the sales team in reaching out to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and organizing demos will be part of your customer outreach tasks. You will also be involved in preparing sales presentations, updating customer information in the CRM system, and providing general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing sales documents, and tracking sales activities. To qualify for this role, you should have recently completed a degree or post-graduation in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). While familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Your eagerness to learn and develop sales skills, coupled with a detail-oriented and organized approach, will be beneficial in this role. This position offers numerous learning opportunities, including gaining hands-on experience in sales strategies, working closely with experienced sales professionals and mentors, exposure to various sales tools and technologies, and enhancing professional skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management. This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
