As an IT Sales Executive at DDSPLM Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quotas. Your role will involve identifying and qualifying new leads, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, and building strong relationships with prospects and customers. Additionally, you will be engaged in customer leadership, understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, analyzing market trends and competitors' offerings, as well as negotiating and closing deals. Qualifications and required skills for this position include being a minimum graduate in any stream, having 2 to 5 years of experience in IT software sales to the manufacturing/automotive/engineering industry, possessing strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency in English and the local language, a confident and pleasing personality, good listening and documenting skills, being energetic, motivated, disciplined, and a focused go-getter. It is also beneficial to have some understanding of automation and digitalization benefits for the manufacturing industry.
