Job Description (JD) for a Solution Expert – Quality Software (APQP) Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48 Experience: 1–2 years No of positions: 3 Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Solution Expert with experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and quality software tools. The ideal candidate will support the implementation and deployment of digital quality solutions for manufacturing clients. This role requires a solid understanding of quality planning, assurance, and control, along with strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Understand and support the implementation of APQP modules in quality management software. Work with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver training. Assist in digitalizing quality processes like FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and Process Flow. Conduct demos, user acceptance testing, and support go-lives for quality software. Collaborate with product and development teams to improve solution offerings. Create documentation including user guides, SOPs, and training materials. Required Skills: 1–2 years of experience in quality planning, quality control, or assurance (preferably in automotive or discrete manufacturing). Familiarity with APQP tools such as FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan, and MSA. Strong grasp of quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Exposure to quality management software or PLM/QMS systems. Experience with customer-facing roles or software implementations. Knowledge of digital manufacturing tools and Industry 4.0 concepts.
