The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3+ years of current sales experience, with a preference for experience in the technology and/or software sales industry. It is beneficial to have familiarity with working alongside channel partners such as resellers, distributors, and service providers. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication. You should possess the ability to establish and nurture relationships during face-to-face meetings with end users and partners. An understanding of the IT landscape, products, services, and solutions is advantageous. Additionally, you should be able to grasp product and technical information swiftly and convey it effectively to end users and partners. A high-energy, motivated, and always on-the-road attitude is essential for success in this role. Desired qualifications include a higher education degree in fields such as foreign languages, economics, IR, Information Technology, or related areas. The role necessitates a strong knowledge of the IT industry, particularly in data protection, backup, and recovery. Proven experience in Outside Channel sales, preferably in the software or IT solutions sector, is highly valued. An in-depth comprehension of the Indonesian market, including its culture, business practices, and local regulations, is crucial. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills are required. Demonstrated capabilities in recruiting, onboarding, and developing successful channel partners through face-to-face events are essential. You should also be adept at finding, developing, and acquiring new end users through face-to-face events. Proficiency in developing and implementing channel enablement programs and training initiatives is necessary. Providing sales and marketing support to channel partners, including lead generation and joint marketing activities, is an integral part of the role. A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is expected. Excellent face-to-face communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment are important attributes. The role requires availability for travel within Indonesia to engage with channel partners, end users, and attend industry events. Additionally, the ability to deliver effective presentations in public speaking, especially on stage during offline events, is beneficial.,
