  • We are looking for passionate experienced software sales professionals to join the sales team as IT Sales Associates.
  • Candidate with a minimum of 2 to 3 year of B2B sales experience would be a plus.
  • The candidate must have a strong passion for sales, and exceptional communication skills.
  • You will be responsible for generating leads, perform technical sales, driving revenue, and aligning your efforts with the companys goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • 1) Performing Cold calling to targeted IT sectors/clients for generating leads for company's cloud hosting services
  • 2) Generate new leads through social networks, online forums, discussion with offshore clients
  • 3) Collect database and make telephone calls to prospects and generate new revenue for the company
  • 4) Understand client requirements and write proposals, RFP, RFI responses on our services for new clients and follow up through calls & emails
  • 5) Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
  • 6) Prepare Reports on market research and prospective ways for new sales
  • 7) Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients requirements of products and services and act instantly on clients requirement to gain clients
  • 8) Maintain confidentiality about prospects and new leads as per company policy
  • 9) Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
  • 10) Set up, attend meetings and interact with new clients. Develop excellent rapport with clients
  • 11) Suggest innovative ways of bringing about excellent customer service for individual/all clients

Required Key Skills

    Educational Qualification

    : Minimum Graduatation .
  • 02)

    Work Experience

    : Minimum 2 to 3 Years preferably in a technical sales process.
  • 03) Prior experience in a software, ERP, CRM, cloud or related sales process would be highly desirable.
  • 04)

    Notice Period

    : Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.
  • 05) Salary Range: .
  • 06) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and convincing power in English.
  • 07) Good understanding of social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora and other Online groups along with web forums postings
  • 08) Build strong relationships with enterprise set of customers across various business verticals.
  • 09) Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • 10) Strong interpersonal/analytical skills along with quick and target oriented individual.
  • 11) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • 12) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
