IT Sales Associate

As a Sales Representative for our company, your role will involve leveraging your sales experience to drive revenue growth in the technology and software industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, such as resellers, distributors, and service providers - Engaging in face-to-face meetings with end users and partners to establish connections and promote our products and services - Demonstrating a strong understanding of the IT landscape, products, and solutions to effectively communicate their benefits - Exhibiting high energy, motivation, and a proactive attitude to succeed in a competitive market To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - At least 3 years of current sales experience, with a preference for technology or software sales industry background - Proficiency in advanced English, both written and spoken - Ability to grasp technical information and convey it clearly to clients and partners - Prior experience working with channel partners and knowledge of IT industry practices - A degree in foreign languages, economics, IR, Information Technology, or related fields is desirable Moreover, your success will be driven by your ability to: - Develop successful channel partners through recruitment, onboarding, and training sessions - Identify, engage, and convert new end users through targeted events and training sessions - Provide support to channel partners in sales and marketing activities, including lead generation and joint initiatives - Deliver compelling presentations in public speaking engagements, especially during offline events Your adaptability, results-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel within Indonesia for business engagements will be crucial to achieving sales targets and fostering strong partnerships in the Indonesian market.
