IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Source candidates through various channels (portals, social media, networking, referrals).
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.
Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in
IT recruitment
, with a focus on
internal hiring or corporate TA
.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
